    Any 6x47L shooters


    I have a few questions to ask about . Do ya have to form brass or can you buy it? I have been reading article that say they run very high pressures, Does a person need any special action? and how does a person find dies for it.

    I use Forster dies, and it is just a straight neck down, one pass. The 6x47 Lapua doesn't run pressures any higher than any other cartridge. In certain curcumstances you could experience primer blanking, but changing to CCI 450's will usually cure that.

    Same velocity, less powder, longer brass life.
