Right now, this very second, as I'm typing it's horribly cool at 55 degrees and a light wind from the east. I don't know how much longer I can take these temps. I wish the sun would come up so it warms up a little.
    I gotta find my sweatshirt.
Oh, wait.... I don't have any sweatshirts.
Im only envious of you guys in the winter,15 years ago I worked in Melbourne for 3 weeks in July.Humid&Hot and seemed to rain almost everyday at noon.I have never sweated so much in my life..Im a small guy usually around 155# came home at 145#..

I live the next city south from Melbourne.
You're right. July & August suck wet salami skins. You guys up north are trapped inside for Jan. & Feb., we're stuck in the A/C for July & Aug.
Hurricanes, notwithstanding, of course in which case we run the opposite direction.
Although, I do find it easier to cool off when its too hot as opposed to trying to warm up when its subzero.

Well it wasn't cold this AM, 60ish at 0700. But the fog was so thick that our F-Class match start was delayed from 0800 to 1130.
The 5mph winds were brutal, I only finished 3rd :)

    Heat Wave!
    A high of 82 here.
Whew!.... Where's my iced tea? It's too hot to work outside today.

I'll be glad when winter gets here to cool things off a little.

That's St. Johns County, not Duval.
And none of them were nice unless you consider moving 4 states away as nice.

Just remember, whomever gets Franks place during the 'reality check', I already have dibs on the tent space. And I put a really loud header on the generator soz when I'm working reloading and building, it will let Frank know folks do actually move around now and then...grinz. kb

Still decent temp here (mid 20's) but gentle breeze turned into steady 21 Mph wind with gusts bumping 30 frequently. Was gonna try plowing out.the.backyard range but just can't bring myself to sit on my old loader tractor for the.2 hours it'll take to dig out. Maybe Saturday will look better.

It started to come down here but we passed legislation limiting how cold it can be so we sent it back. We're trying to pass similar legislation about hot days, too...
