It,s been done, but ejection is a problem with anything shorter than 223.
I know that. Anyone make a pre-fit or know of a smith with a reamer?
Well, I think (could be wrong on this) but you could buy a blank and then rent a reamer and cut it yourself.

Go to your local gunshops and ask if there are any local gunsmith's that do chambering and rebarreling. Unless they do a lot of custom builds most won't have their own reamers and will rent them as needed anyway.

The common pre-fit suppliers have reamer lists on their websites, Pac-Nor and McGowen both list the 45ACP.
