One should have come with the gun in the package with the instruction manual, etc. If you don't have it call Savage:
(413) 568-7001 for parts and service (please have your serial number and credit card available)
They will probably send you one for free.

Or use a valve stem tool. It will work on it too.

Also Are there different springs, I can only set it to 2.5 lbs. Loco
Yes, there is also a lightweight spring. I think you can get them from Sharpshooter Supply and it is a simple swap and lets it go down to 1.5lbs.
