I am not the most gifted mechanical person, but I want to try to install a SSS Competition trigger on my Stevens 200 LA receiver. Just how difficult is this process for a novice?

It's actually easier on a Stevens than a Savage. You gotta modify the trigger bracket on a Savage.
VISA loves me since I joined this site.
Thanks to all. I will call and get one ordered and give it a go.

The trigger comes with detailed instructions, and as long as you follow them in order and put a little med strength locktite on the screws you should have no problems.

As stated just following the included instructions. I had to file a little from the rear housing. You will love the trigger. Breaks clean.
Agree, I put on on my savage and it wasnt hard at all, much better than even the accu trigger.
I just put one in my model 11 and WOW what a difference. It took a little hile to put it in but it was my first time ever installing a trigger. I'm ready to buy another for my model 10!
