    Dry-firing solution


    I like to do dry-fire practice, and as I couldn't find any snap-caps in .17 HMR I came up with a $0.05 solution: a garden hose rubber washer around the bolt end:

    A piece of brass with a pencil eraser in it will also work. Need to replace the eraser after while though. They wear out.
