    I did it

Somehow all of my sub-7mm rifles have ended up with long heavy barrels on them....not good for banging around in the woods of PA.

I used to be able to grab my son's RH 110 (.223) but, it's got a thumb-though stock on it now. Shooting a RH thumb-through left-handed just doesn't work.

So, I ordered an 11 THXP 22-250.......and I'm not going to mess with it.

Then it will be the trigger and if it doesnt shoot, then the barrel and recoil lug.The bolt handle will be too small and sss gets a call etc.LOL

    Hey Dave -
When you get tired of that .223 caliber, I have a nice 223 wssm barrel I'd be willing to make a deal on. I have brass & bolt head & everything you may need. Just for you my friend.

NICE Rifle! Dave...what are those goodies mounted on top? Looks like a Prostaff scope...is that upper device something to spot those Vascally-Var-Ments by the light of the moon?

Congrats and tell us some more. I love living vicariously through others...

You probably live close to where I do (I'm 10 miles south of Quakertown). Were you around when EGW did work on private person's guns? MAN- I used to spend some time and money with them relative to handguns. Top notch outfit IMO. Brian

    Do IT!.....DO IT!.... DO IT!!!!!

Gently pull the card out of your wallet & lay it on the counter for the nice sales guy to use.

it'll make you feel real good inside.

You can do it Dave, I have faith. If I can keep a Savage unchanged (other than optics) for over 6 years I'll bet you can too. Although I suppose mine could use a new stock just kidding.
