    Center feed mag removal

Just scored at the LGS on a Savage 111. Out the door less than a Stevens I went in looking for. It is a newer center feed action and I'm not sure how to get the mag box out of the stock. I don't want to brake something so before I go stumbling through, can anyone tell me how to get the mag box out in tack? All my other Savage actions are stagger feed so I'm in new territory here.

Thanks for the info. I figured there would be some prying involved. I just did not want to damage the mag then find out an easier way to do it.

I usually take padded pliers(alittle piece of leather) and it pulls quite easily then you can seel the mag and clip for some money .
Willing to give back for what the sport has done for me!
