    B & C 2997 question

I have a B&C 2997 Medalist A2 enroute from Stocky's for my Stevens 200 short action and McGowan .308 barrel. In your experience will pillar bedding be required to get the best accuracy from this stock? I am setting this up for F-TR class at 600 yards (local club shoot).

No pillars needed, as it already has a full aluminum Skeleton and is a very solid stock. If anything I guess you could do a skim bedding job on it but thats about all it needs.
