Has anyone used this? It is a red dot with built in zoom magnification.

Yes ... had one on my AR for a while. 4x max wasn't the best for aging eyes so I sold it and went with a 3-9x. It is an OK scope - glass was decent but had noticeable (but not terrible) distortions toward the edge when scanning across an area as you might do when following a deer.

Hey thanks. Now if I can just get my rifle I could get the remaining items. Getting the rifle, however, seems to be a real problem right now.

I have one on an AR and like it alot. Seems very durable. Red donut is great and focus is good.
