    110fns 257 roberts


    bought this gun new in box @ local gun shop 2 week ago...no accu-trigger... manual has 8/98 on it... box said spec. order...guessing it sat in shop for last 14 years or so..can not find much online about these..only 110 i've seen in this caliber...can anyone tell me the deal with these? thanks

    I would say you just got very lucky. If it is that old it has a flat rear receiver and requires a scope mtg rail to fit it. That .257 Roberts is a great cartridge, a necked down 7X57 Mauser case

    yes it does have flat rear reciever.....talked to a couple other people about it ....said there was a very small run of the.257 roberts....thanks for the help
