    Factory brass extractors

What sponsors here sell the factory brass extractors? Midway is asking $4.99 each, that seems high, but if that is the price, I'd just as soon buy them from a sponsor.

I don't know why you would want the copper beryllium extractor, beside they haven't been made in over 4 years.
You may have the impression from another thread that they are better, but the fact is all of the extractors, steel or otherwise have tolerance issues. A few thousandths of and inch difference in some critical spots will be a factor of working or not.

Because the brass was what it came with and had no issues. I switched it out as a precaution some time back when I swapped barrels, now that it's back to 223, I cant find the old one, it the steel one fails. Really pissed about now. Might as well have bought a TC single shot if this is as good as it gets.

Well brother drybean sent me a bronze (or brass, whatever they are) that he had, and some of the larger detent balls. That did the trick, feeds and ejects perfectly, whether the action is worked slowly or fast. Thanks again drybean. You da man.
