bas= bolt assembly screw.......which is the rear screw on the bolt

    Call Jim Briggs First.
    Next tactical Works Inc.
    Last, call Savage.
I'm a firm believer in the theory that if it bleeds, I can kill it.

If you don't need the monstrously large bolt handle I see a lot I'd call Kevin Rayhill at Stockade Stocks first.

nsaqam's bolt handle will fit & function but may not match the contour of your present bolt. I bought one of those & was disappointed w/ the contour. Ended up going w/ the SSS bolt handle from Tactical Works. Not trying to "dis" nsaqam. Just pointing out there is a difference in the two. If you want one like nasqams I'll sell mine cheap ;D Just PM if you can.

That 5/8 tactical bolt handle from Kevin Rayhill is absolutely a dream to use, I have one and will definitely get another for my next build, and my build after that, and after that...

    Re: new bolt handle

Be careful when you order a bolt handle, they come in two profiles flat and rounded. The ones in the picture above are the flat back, the knobs for the rounded ones are the same but the part that that the BAS goes through is a little different. The both fit they just have a different shape on the outside.

Thanks to Tactical Works for this pic. They are SSS and my favorite.

nsaqam is the member who posted the first photo of aftermarket bolt handles.
Saying nsaqam's bolt handles was referring to the bolt handles in the picture.
