Model: 12 VLP DBM - specifications

As with my previous post I'm going to be picking up a Model: 12 VLP DBM, this month if I can find one. I plan on sending it to CDI Precision in FL next month. When I look at the Savage website listing the rifle, I of course do not see any information stating if this is a single or double stack mag. I'm assuming double, but we all know what they say about assumption.

My other question is, is this a long or a short. I'm assuming it is long, I"m just guesstimating from the picture on the website.

I'd appreciate knowing for sure if the mag is double or single stack and is the action short or long.

.204 are short action and the magazines are double stack.
2 digit model codes are short action. 10, 11, 12, 14, 16
