    Stevens Model 200

Any info on the Stevens Model 200 trigger? Is it adjustable and if so, what is the range of adjustability?

    Re: Stevens Model 200

The triggers on the stevens 200 are the same as the newer non-accutrigger savage 10/110 family. They are able to be tuned a little bit with a lighter spring and have heard of some folks getting decent results. Try a search, there may be a couple threads on it that might help you out.
It kind of depends on what you want it for. If you want a hunting trigger at roughly 3 lbs, you could probably get it to work for you. If you want a 1.5lb varmint trigger, it probably won't work for you, it just depends, and there are good aftermarket triggers available now too in the $100 range.
