Iowa Deer Hunt "PICS" of 08 buck

Heading for an Iowa deer hunt on Wed. the season opens on Sat. We were lucky enough to draw tags again this year. Last year I took a 16 pointer (NT) at 35yds. Got the Slug Warrior and the Super Red Hawk sighted in today. You might say we are[i] "Good To Go".[/i

Do you hunt public land in Iowa and if so, what is the name of the WMA? Is it hard to draw tags in Iowa?
I'd love to head out there sometime.

A friend of mine has a 1200 acre place that we hunt (just 4 0f us). I will post a pic. of last years buck when my daughter is home, I am computer illiterate. The best picture of him is on a trail camera 4 days before he walked in front of my ground blind and Slug Warrior. He is a non-typical with one drop tine. I had to shoot thru the blind wall to get a clear shot. Needless to say my brand new (first time used) Ameristep Penthouse had one wall blown out of it.
