If you had a 308 win. body die, yes it will probably work for all three. However, you would probably need a set of competition shell holders to adjust your set back for each barrel. Unless you really like changing the die setting each time you size brass.........

    Why "competition" shell holders?

    Re: Body die

The redding competition shell holders are a set with differing heights. Let's say you are loading for 308, 260 and 243 win. The chances of each barrel needing the same amount of sizing for the brass is slim and none. Obviously you want the cases to chamber smoothly but you don't want to oversize the brass....very bad.

The competition shell holders will allow you to set the die for one barrel and use the shell holder to tweak the shoulder set back as needed for the others. It'll be a trial and error thing to get it all set up but once it's set and you know what shell holder goes with what, you're golden. The Hornady headspace gauges would be worth their weight in gold in this situation.

    I hope that made sense!

Or you could use an automotive feeler gauge..... F/L size a fired case, measure, Then use a feeler gauge thickness between die a S/H that gives the desired set-back. Not uncommon for F/L dies to provide more shoulder set-back than necessary.
