Hi all,
Not really sure how to do this, I really need some help with my Savage model 25 pump. I apologize if I am in the wrong post but I could not find any that were recent. need to know how to identify the parts I need and where they go. the rounds won't feed into chamber, gun smith told me I need a spring and a pin.
If anyone has any info I would so much appreciate it

The Model 25 was an improvement on the Model 1914 and the lifter work in a similar manner, here is a tread with some information on a Model 1914 with feeding issues that might be of some help, scroll down and you will find pictures - https://forums.gunboards.com/showthr...e-1914-22-pump
Make sure the grooves on the inside of the slide are are not worn out before replacing the other parts, the pin in the lifter rides in them to raise the lifter and if they are worn or damaged a new pin will not help, the 1914 information covers that.
