Clarity is on par or above Leopold and close to Nightforce. I would not really call the SIII line budget as prices can run around 8-900 dollars depending on where you buy at. The 8-32 power are closer to $1000 most places but can be found for less. From what i have found price wise they run about 1-200 less than the Burris and 30mm rings are a lot easier to find.

Thanks for the info! I'm liking the 100 MOA of adjustment. It's hard to get a setup that'll be good for 100 yds, and reach out to over 1200. My rifle has a 20 MOA canted scope mount, but if I go any steeper, I won't be able to shoot under 400 yds with most scopes. I'm trying to keep things at $1000 or less, and most of the scopes with above mentioned adjustments/clarity, run $2000+.
