I changed out a few of mine. it does make a difference the way it tightens up. No more squished trigger guard.

That's not how it went, after I posted to call Savage, I thought I wonder if I have any and went looking for them, and by the time I found them, you had already bought them, did you think I was hoarding them from you. LOL

I changed out a few of mine. it does make a difference the way it tightens up. No more squished trigger guard.

That is one of the things I notice right away, I have seen it match barrel aftermarket stock and high end optics, complemented with a plastic trigger guard. OUCH
