need a 840 scope mount that want cost a fortune anyone got a source

Is the 840 the same gun as the 340?
If so, you need a side mount.
Are you already D and T for a side mount?
My 340c (also in 222rem) was D and T at factory.
I went with a side mount picitiny rail for mounting a current scope. We have a 4x16 vortex on it.
The mount Came from Hammers.
