Looking for a new stock. Would like the Magpul Hunter or the MDT Field stock. Which is bests pros and cons?
it will be for a 6.5 prc. With an outlier mtu 22” barrel.

EABCO has a sale on the Oryx chassis. No experience with it, but it looks like a good deal.

I have two Oryx chassis. I swear by them.

They are priced much lower than the MDT stocks that have all the extra bells and whistles, but the Oryx is is a great value, very easy to fit, and extremely stable for target shooting.
The one down side of all an aluminum chassis is that it is heavy, especially if you have a bull barrel.
I would hate to have to carry it in the field.

For hunting, I would go with a lighter stock.
