I need to cull some does

The snow that has covered the ground for the past 2+ weeks is finally starting to melt and the deer are coming out to get all the green grass. Yesterday afternoon I had over 20 of them within 100 yards of the house. This photo was taken from my daughter's house, my house is off to the left of the photo.
