Jim Rockwell, Be aware !

Jim is nice on the phone, he took a full payment for a Striker stock over a year++ ago. He sent me a snotty email that he would refund 1/3 of my full nearly $500 order pre-payment!

He is not trustworthy! Be carful, he doesn't live up to his contracts or his word. I would never refer any business to his shop ...he doesn't sound like a crook on the calls we have had...his business dealling demonstrate differently!

It has been well over a year since Jim Rockwell's curt reply was sent about the stock for the striker. My bank check payment was cashed by his shop IN FULL to him.

If I get time this week, I'm going to give him one more chance to make good on our deal, by certified return reciept mail. I really thought he wouldn't have pulled such a rip-off! He refuses to refund for work he doesn't complete. I am rarely dissatisfied with a service/parts/orders and have always received prompt fair treatment from our site vendors here with no problems.

I hope members pay attention here not to get taken, and that Rockwell Stocks is never alowed as an advertizer/vendor here!

Make sure to mention if your talking about junior or senior! Don't lump them together if there not both involved.

LOL Don't you have to deliver in a timely manner for most of his terms to take effect?

Timely is corret, thank you. The full payment was made in the spring/early summer last year and he promised it Jan. 2024, which is a long time... eight months past due.

Jan. is long passed, he's cashed the checks, a deposit and a full balance. I think that is time enough to deliver...I even paid delivery fees up front. I hoped he might respond to this post with a delivery date. I tried to cancel due to these conditions, but he wished to keep 2/3's of the almost $500.00.

I think I'm being reasonable and fair, but he has my doe regardles. Oh well, NC is a Buyer Beware State...haha.
