Early 110 dating

I have a left-handed 110 in .300 winmag that I am very fond of. I came across it many years ago at a gun show and had to have it. It has a beautiful full Mannlicher stock.

It has a non-prefixed 5 digit serial number, 51xxx.

If someone could help me with an estimated year of manufacture for my rifle, I would appreciate.

i could call Savage, I suppose, but I am currently in South America and don’t want to pay the international calling rate......
Any help would be appreciated.
