Which shellholders are the best for FL sizing?

I have heard this makes a difference. I use RCBS Gold Medal FL bushing dies.

I understand shellholders makes a difference with headspace.

Just looking for your opinions!

I have at least 2, possibly 3 different brands of shell holders, just depends on what came with what. Headspacing is corrected by the FL sizing die, which NEVER re-sizes all the way to the case web....Where the shell holder is.

I agree with Darkker.

The lone exception is the Redding Competition shellholders which come in different thicknesses to allow one to fine tune shoulder bump.
