I have a Savage 16 Ga. automatic shotgun model #18545. Inherited from my dad and trying to figure out what the year of Mfg. was to determine age.

Just picked up the rifle on Saturday.
Have not had a chance to shoot it yet due to nasty weather.
Ordered a left-hand Model 64F from Academy Sports & Outdoors on 9/28, received the rifle on 10/11. Fired 12 rounds, which required the gun to be broken
