What rounds are you guys finding to be the most accurate?
Any rounds you had bad accuracy with which I should avoid?
Tried yesterday to put that pistol grip on my cadex chassis. Way to big. Would have to hack to much off to make it fit. Will try it on my short barrel AR10. You folks have some nice stealths. Almost got one in 338 but went ahead with a 110 FCP instead. Maybe next year.

I've had good luck with 42.2 grains of H4350 under Hornady 143 ELD-X's.
Berger 130 OTM 40.5 to 41 gr excellent
Wife and I finally got our suppressors out of Tax Stamp Jail. On our first range trip I shot my Stealth 300 WM with Sig 338Ti-QD Suppressor. Wife shot her Sig 7.62T--QD suppressor. Both met expectations. Need another 7.62 Muzzle Break adapter for 6.5 Stealth, on order.
Wifes RPR 6.5 Suppressed - She was having shoulder issues so not as tight as she usually shoots.
My Stealth 300WM. Also Primary Scope back from repair.
I just learned about the SavageŽ Arms Model 10 Ashbury Precision Ordnance Chassis Bolt-Action Rifle http://www.cabelas.com/product/SAVAG...LE/2378492.uts
Looks like a premium 10 BA Stealth; featuring the factory blueprinted action, fluted and threaded barrels. Aside from the chassis/stock differences I have noticed is the APO Mod 10 will have the red accutrigger and a bigger bolt knob. Interesting rifle to consider if your looking at the stealth. Not sure when it will be available.
Interesting on folding. One reason I choose Stealth was to not fold. There were some reports\speculation the RPR hinge would loosen up. Thought to remove that variable (plus I like my stealths better). What's your thought on how the hinge will hold up?
I do not care for the bolt release on the RPR, hard to reach if folded. Looks like your folding action does not interfere with removal at all +1!!!!
Please some feedback would be great.
Hello guys.
This is folding hinge by XLR industries. Price is $115. It is very similar to HERA SFU, only guys at XLR went smarter. They put two set screws which will be use to adjust any play in hinge in closed position. Very easy to adjust. Another reason use XLR-quality of parts is top notch, so their support. Shipping super fast, communication-they reply instantly. Very good supplyer.
I am still debating myself if I want to keep folding this side. The reason for it is-now I need wider bag, I have folded stock adding thickness one one side and windage turret from scope on another side. My thinking is, if I put folding to action side, then I will cover both thicknesses. Not yet to make final decision.
As far as folding mechanism-it looks very solid built.
I will post picture later.
Sorry for my English, it is my second language and I try hard LOL
Palmaris - Your english is better than mine - I was born in Alabama, we talk sorts different. Great info on hinge and good picture showing tension screws. MDT is a good company!
Thank you very much.
That is not MDT, it is XLR Industries.
Ok see it, XLR. Interesting bolt handle.
It is stock bolt handle. I shave some meat, dril the hole with thread, installed 1/4-20 SS stud. Then machined knob from ULTEM 2300.
Gun case I custom cut to fit the savage.
This is an excellent thread. I bought a Stealth in 6.5 CM over the holidays and plan to change the FAB stock out. I'm debating on a LUTH-AR MBA3 and the MDT Tac skeleton V4 stock with the fixed stock adapter. Does anyone hear have a stealth with the MDT fixed stock and does the cheek riser interfere with the bolt?
It is important to see if you can clean bore with cheek rest. In my case, it wasn't possible and I don't want to remove rest every time I clean. So, I decided to go with folding adapter.
Finally finished brake in my hardware. Rifle isammasing. Really piece of art. She is definitly more capatible then I am.
Here is the best of group. 100 yards, ammo Hornady 140 grain ELD
