Finaly a range day after over a year with the old 110 guest gun.

Took some friends with and everyone loved the this Tactical 110.

They were quite surprised after a few fouling shots at 100Y and then I moved them out at 200Y
and you should have seen the smiles.

I think we need more info. What caliber? Reloads or off the shelf ammo? What bullet or round were you shooting? And what kind of groups were you getting?

I have a 110 Tactical 308 LH and I absolutely love that gun.

Whoa now, Big Daddy Warbucks! Must be nice to have money to burn! Just go SHOOTING AMMO, like it grows on trees, LOL! J/K

Seriously, good on ya...getting out to the range with friends. And good stuff on your Tactical, but I do agree today also. Would like to hear some details. I haven’t been shooting in SO long now.... help me live vicariously through your range trip!

Nice to see a practical shooting position, without rest and bags, for a change. Well done.
Never had the opportunity to shoot off one of those fancy concrete benches myself.

Yes it was a very good day.

If yoda thinks it is important .308 110, by my log book .308 ammo rolled in 6/09 168g SMK 39.5g IMR4064 LC64 brass 1st reload. Shooters kept their targets.

Brisk sea breeze at 5~7 MPH from L to R 66F Clear with the sound of of open wheel driving school from turn #3 on the wind.

1945 #4T set 7.62X56R 174g Greek HXP '76 new ammo just opened case $3.80 ea. The best boxer brass available today.

Two more new to me 1942 rifles to break in this week.

    Cheers

Thanks for that. My 110 Tactical in 308 shoots the the SMK 168gr (Federal Gold Medal Match ammo) really well also. When I start to reload for this gun, I'll be using the SMK's or the Hornady ELD Match 168gr bullets. Both shoot excellent.

Appreciate the pics of the 42's. I remember some of your posts a while back about 303's and was going to ask this morning if you had shot them lately.
