just replaced my scheels paragon 30mm tube with a vortex 6.5x20. got the vortex brand new in box for 125 bucks. it has their bdc reticle i would have preferred a mil dot but oh well for the price im very happy. just mounted it on a howa varmint supreme 308 ss 24"barrel. im a savage fan i own 5 but man does this howa shoot, under inch at 200 yards! just wanted to say how pleased i am with the vortex and cant wait to shoot it!

ive shot the tube now a few times, i did the box test and am happy to say it performed outstanding. i am very pleased so far with this tube. i am very stingy with my recommendations to people as its a big thing to me to vouch for items, having said that i would recommend the vortex viper to anyone wanting a mid level tube.
the vortex lrbc program is a great tool to use and am happy to see vortex take that step.
