I had assumed the Barrel Nut Diameter would change. It doesn't.
I had assumed the Barrel Nut Length was the same. It isn't.
Thank You Fred!

Thank You. Very Definitive on How To Tell looking at them.thank You. As To What Model's are The Large Shank to as That Of the Small Shank ? I Have 2 Mod.12 LRPV. 10FP,110's , and some I Can't Remember What Model They are.(223) (243) (308). I See A lot Of Barrel's For Sale That Are Large Shank,Looking To Get Action's Other Than Taking My Two 12's Apart. Thank You and God Bless
What happened, where is it, Jim B?
Now im confused i have a 12 low profile varninter, nut is 7/8 measurement infront of nut is 1.045 it is medium fluted barrel with no step. I assumed small shank but it is a 12. 308 win if it matters
Forgive me but I am still confused:
So are there 4 contemporary versions of the 110 action? Long and short actions with the standard shank threads and long and short actions in the large shank threads?
Thanks.
