I am assuming you are asking about a model 19? That's the one referred most as a NRA Match rifle. With that serial number I would guess about 1934 or so. There aren't a lot of info available. There was a guy on one of these sites that had some info from Savage and could date some rifles, for a small fee. Does any of yours look like any of these?

I have a 1st generation, low ser # made in the first year of production, 1919, it's a tac driver, great rifle, about 98% and 100% original, it just does not have the rear peep sight, most likely because of the scope. I do wish it came with the peep, but for the price I paid for it, I can't complain. Great bore. Paid $400 for it with a 4X Wallensek scope.
I have a collectors book of Savage rifles, it gives serial #'s for some of the rifles, but not the Model 19 NRA. There is a historian, call Savage, they will give you his info, I think he charges $19.00 for a search. I have an excellent Model 19 NRA bolt for sale on www.gunbroker.com if anyone needs one.
    Here is a picture.
