    Found- 99A 375 Win.

Found a Model 99A Series A in 375 Win. at an estate auction. Would like to acquire it but don't have any idea what it's worth.
Appears to be in excellent shape all original. SN# D663957
Don't want to pay to much and also don't want to miss a bargain. Anybody have a ballpark figure what it's worth?

Price depends on what model. They range in price from about $300 to close to a thousand. If it has a birch stock and detachable magazine probably low end. Walnut, checkered stock, good rifling, 95% blueing with the rotary magazine it may be worth about $5-6 hundred. If the price isnt too steep I would grab it. Thats a great woodland deer cartridge. The .375 is an upgraded 38-55. It is prbably drilled and tapped for a scope.

Without knowing anything else, if it is in good shape and original, $500 or even $600 wouldn't be too high. It could be worth a good bit more.

As was said - not too many of them made and it is a thumper of a round.
