Cheekpiece on the 12 F/TR

How is this cheekpiece attached to the stock? Where can I buy a replacement unit?

The factory Savage cheek piece attaches to the stock with screws, my self i purchased a Karsten adj.cheek piece right away for my F/TR

does the Karsten adj.cheek piece attach to the stocks pre-drilled holes?

You must DRILL two quarter inch holes for the bolts that come with the Karsten cheek piece after you position the rest were you want it, mine didn't come with instructions BUT it's self explanatory.
