Personally I would get the extreme rings but thats up to you.
The extreme rings are low 1/4", med 1/2", high 3/4", ex High 1"

The medium signature Z ring is probably too low
The heights are med .205, high .330, extra high .455

If you dont want to return, you probably should tape up some paint sticks or some other spacer
to the correct ht, put them on the rail and check the scope clearance.

I have a Savage F class in 6mmBR with the same scope. I have a Ken Farrel 0 MOA rail and used Burris Sig. Zee MEDIUM rings with +10 and -10 inserts installed and have about 1/8" clearance under the front of the scope.

Cover dog: i was wanting a 6br for 2 years and we still can't get any in Canada,so i decided on the 6.5x284.i know farrell bases are taller than most so i think high "Z" rings should be okay i hope !!

I have 30mm Signature Zee medium rings on a 20moa Weaver base. With -10/+10 inserts and a 50mm obj, I still have at least 1/8" clearance over my bull barrel.

Other than the caliber(I have the 308 F/TR) i have the same set up and agree with Tammons, use the extreme rings. I have EGW 20moa base with medium extreme rings and sightron Slll 8-32 scope on it. I put the Slll 10-50 on the new F/TR i just built and the mediums are just about .050 to low to allow the sightron lens cap to go on easily. I have to stretch it so it will fit and take it off for clearance when i shoot.
