I'm looking for a SOLID scope mount for my Savage Mark II. What are you guys using? I've had a red dot on the rifle and a cheap scope I had laying around. But I am ready to put better glass on it.
Something like this? Not sure if it would clear the port.
I have a fancy Volquartsen deal on my 10/22 that I had a gunsmith mount. But I want to get something "bolt on" if possible. Do the heavy barrel models come with a drilled receiver?
