Just push the round straight down.... at least that's how I load mine ;D
I am looking at converting a dbm to internal CF and have a question... how in the world you you load the mag? It looks like you have to push the round half way into the chamber and the pressure it down and back. I'm trying not having to inlet the bottom of my Boyd stock but may be better off.

Silence is golden.... duct tape is silver!!
Yep, straight down.

Push straight down, the lips of the mag bend real easy and it is a smooth feeding magazine to boot.
Willing to give back for what the sport has done for me!
Since the top mag "lips" have enough spring to allow the rounds to be pushed down, I guess they don't have a tendency to pop out of the mag with the upward pressure of the follower spring?
The mag will usually hold the rounds in just fine. I place the round about 1/8 inch forward of the rear of the mag, push the round straight down, and then slide it fully to the rear. Not the smoothest loading mag but feeds just fine (if I put 3 or less rounds in the mag) which is what is important.
