    900TR Diagram

    Hello All,

I'm looking for a parts diagram (schematic) for a 900TR. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

The 900Tr is basically the same as the pre-accutrigger MkII. The biggest difference is the stock and the fact that it was fitted for receiver sights.

    Thanks sharpshooter.

Do you know if Savage is still supplying parts for the Mark II? I assume (for the most part) these parts would work in a 900TR.

    What parts are you needing?

I just acquired a 98% 900TR. Knowing that is was discontinued, I wanted to have a few spare parts on hand if available: i.e. - extractor, sear, springs......

I wouldn't worry about parts like that till you need them. I can honestly say I can't think of any particular parts that are problematic to those rifles.

Thanks again sharpshooter. Would you (or anyone) happen to know of an adjustable butt plate that would fit the 900TR? I'm looking for something that's not too wide so that the length of pull will not drastically change.

Adjustable butt plates will have to be custom fit. Look in Brownell's, they offer several versions.
