Millet low 35mm rings are $55 from SWFA.
I mounted the new Millett LRS-1 6x25-56 it came with the 35mm rings, BUT way too high. Does any one have suggestions for height of rings that don't cost an arm and a leg??

Whats the ring height of the low ones?
The rail is the problem. You have plenty of space in that large scope that you can use regular either (1)piece or (2) piece bases. I never install a rail unless the distance between the rings is either to long or I can't move the scope far enough to the rear to proper focus.
A rail is no different than a one piece base. Those rings are AR height rings, look like extra high.Originally Posted by k80skeet
Yep those are the tall set that come standard with the LRS. I would think you could do lows with the one piece rail and still be able to fit your scope caps on.
