    Source for A-Max bullets?

Midsouth is usually sold out of Hornady A-Max 6.5mm 140gr. bullets.

Anybody know another source that isn't $2.00-$4.00 per box higher? Or somewhere to buy them in bulk at a good price?

Try Graf and Sons, Midway USA or Widener's Shooting Supply.

Unfortunately, the reason they're sold out is everybody wants them; they're good and relatively cheap.

At least the projected wait to get some is less than the .243 105gr A-Max...

You might try Recobs target shop, that's the only line of bullets they handle.

This may or may not help...but You might try your local gun shows.
I picked up 300 of the .308 cal. 178gr. A-max in bulk 100 piece bags for a good price.

I just looked at my normal source for Hornady bullets and didn't even see a place to click on bullets. What's up?

OK. I'll give you my "secret source", but you gotta promise not to hog up the supply.

Contact John at gunstop.com. He usually has decent stock at decent prices, and knows enough to discuss the products that he carries. Really decent guy. He has 6mm 105's right now for $22.5/100 and $106/500 - monthly special pricing. I've been really pleased with the service I get there.

Gunstop is GTG - I ordered a bunch of 208 Amax's through him a while ago.
