That's it? Just a picture with no link? Or what company?
Only available for Rem 700 but the manufacturer is planning on adding savage to the line up.

That's interesting. Would like to know more as well.

Apparently they are of the "if you have to ask the price you can't afford it" school of thought. They have a form to order it, but no pricing listed that I could find.
That chassis places the scope too far up above the bore for my tastes. I do like the pistol grip, but the XLR Industries chassis is more the way that I would go if this style of stock was what I was looking for myself. Much more adjustable to fit the user.

...but you can use all the tacticool $#!+ for an AR like quick detach scope mounts and collapsible stocks! And God knows you need the ability to add more rail space and who wouldn't want to be locked into a 20MOA base. Everyone who buys one of these is clearly planning on shooting 1000yds, even those that want it in .223... ::)
Price is 999$ CDN
looks cool, but no way in hel worth a grand to me!

Keep in mind this is being made in Canada. We have very limited availability of parts without the hassle of export permits form the US. Even at 1000$ it is a welcome product and will sell well. If we were in the days of the 70cent CDN dollar it might be more attractive price wise to you guys. It will help CDN shooters though
that dose make a difference. The CDN did not sink in.

I've got one of those on order. I'll give a review when I get it in and installed.Originally Posted by Blue Avenger

Do you really *need* anything other than the factory stick or tupperware? It's a hobby, people spend money on it.Originally Posted by Balljoint
If I was spending that kind of money I'd want a custom made piece of artwork from Joel Russo. However, I've always been a fan of fine wood and high luster blueing, But to each their own. That is the beauty of the savages, we get to build what we think the perfect rifle is. I'd love to hear a review from someone who buys one though, I'm pretty open minded.

I guess I will be the odd man out and say I dont like it. Makes it look too much like a AR. Everybody and their mom has one (sometimes two) and you cant go anywhere or look at any gun mag without seeing them. I just really get tired of seeing them. If your gonna spend that kind of money on a stock, I want something unique. Not something that makes it look like a bolt action AR.
BLEH.
