About 6 Months ago I bought a new action in order to build a specific gun just for 200 yard Varmint for score, I sent the action to Shilen and had them make me a 24 inch select match heavy varmint barrel and install on action, two wks ago started the breakin process useing SMK 107s and a low charge 25gr of varget with standard COL suppied by Sieara data, after 33 rounds .7 Moa all 5 shot groups, it was really cold that day.

Today Temperture 35 degrees loaded 10 rounds 105 Berger VLDs at the lands and another 10 rounds with a .030 jump, then 10 rounds of Hornady Amax at the lands and 10 more at .030 jump all with 25 gr Varget.

The hornady was .356 MOA at the lands and the Berger was .370 MOA at the lands the others at .030 jump were in the .4s

So after todays testing we our pretty happy with results but have along way to go to hopefully obtain .250MOA or less, this barrel and action is mounted in a HA Precision Stock.
