    Round receivers

I just ordered a new model 10 FLCP and wanted to go ahead and order a scope mount for it. My question is; do all new centerfires have the round receiver? I would also appreciate any suggestions on a mount that any of you guys prefer. Please be gentle with me. I am new to this site.

    Re: Round receivers

Your new 10 FLCP w/Accue trigger will have a round rear (RR)

I like & use Burris 2 pc bases with dovetail turn in fronts with

rear adjustable bases (#410 246)..others may like dual dovetails

or a one pc style....to each his own so to say....

My choice of rings is also Burris..the Signature ring....plastic inserts

inside the rings help cushion the scope body along with giving it

a no slip fit....optional inserts can also correct mis drilled receivers or

add extra elevation to LR rigs with scopes having minimal elevation clicks..
