Do a forum search and I think you will find quite a few posts on improving the factory "tupper ware" stocks. The flex does not come from the forearm as much as from the recoil lug recess. That area seems to be the "soft spot" on factory stocks.
I have a 16FLHSS. Being in Canada, the gun having the hinged floor plate and also being left handed I've been having a tough time finding a replacement stock for it. What I was wondering is if anyone has come up with any mods to the factory stock that stiffen it up at all? I was thinking about maybe filling the voids in the forearm with fibreglass resin or something along those lines ??? ??? ???
Thanks
Tim
