Does anyone know if the Mkl/ll/93 actions/bolt design are a Cooey design ?

I know the Model 64 was the last design Cooey worked on, but no clue if the MKI/II/93R models go back that far or not. I would say there's some definite influence from the Cooey 39 and 60 models, but from what few photo's I've seen it appears the bolt assemblies are notably different than what the Savage's have always been.
