Good morning. New to this forum, hope this post is ok.
May 2023, I purchased a MARK II Mod. 93; registered w/Savage; mounted a scope and was satisfied w/the operation & accuracy of the rifle (less than 200 rnds put thru this rifle). Pulled it out a couple weeks ago and noticed that the stock was cracked under the bolt (will attach photo when I learn how). Went to the Savage home page, submitted a warranty request w/photos (02/19); received an automated response (02/19
): 'Your request (#293249) has been received.' As of today (03/01), I have not heard from them. So, A couple of questions:

What is a reasonable time frame for a response from Savage?
-Is there a phone # or link on their site where I can check on the status of this request?
