340 D Hornet Extracting and Feeding Issues

    Multiple issues here-
1- With 5 in the mag, the first two chamber fine though when it gets to the 3rd or 4th round, it seems the nose of the round points upward, causing the bottom of the case to dip in the mag, which then causes the bolt not to grab it to chamber, The bolt basically glides over the round.

2- Round won't extract after firing. It's not jammed in the barrel or anything- I tightened the pinchers with some improvement, though they just don't grab the rim to properly extract. Sometimes they don't at all (leaving the round in the barrel) sometimes they do but drop the case before fully unchambered, and a very few times it actually works as it should.

I'm having difficultly finding any videos on this rifle.
    thanks in advance

Has the magazine been worked on or disassembled for cleaning?
