I'd suggest around 30 in-lb and maybe try 5 i-p lower if you want to keep good records of accuracy based on 50 or more measured 5-round groups. I use 25 on my B22 in synthetic stock and my CZ-455, so watch for 'crushed' wood in your stock. Even 20 might be all you'll need. An 'older stock' might already have all the 'crushing' done ?
I believe he was referring to the stand offs that hold the trigger bracket in place, not the action screws.
