Axis 2 magazine?

Good day everyone,
Can someone give me some information? I need to get a magazine for my wife's axis 2 that will feed a 224 valkyrie. I'm not sure which one would take the least amount of work to function properly.

The 55230 for 204 Ruger, 223 Rem, 300 AAC. Will likely need to adjust the feed lips for best operation. Out of Stock pretty much everywhere except EBay for .$60+.

Ok that's good. I have a 223 mag. I thought I might need a mag for a 22-250.

It’s possible. But my money is in the 55230.

Going with my experience in magazine feeding & lip/follower design, the Valkyrie case is only nominally wider than the 223Rem; just about in between the 223 & 22-250 infact. But the case length is even shorter than the 223. Closer actually to the 300AAC.

I would call or shoot an email off to Savage's customer service and ask them for a P/N. Savage made a Model 110 Prairie Hunter in .224 Valkyrie which used the standard Savage DBM, so either there's a specific part # for the Valkyrie mag or they can tell you which one they used in those guns.
