250 3000 which savage should I try to get for a re barrel?

I just got hold of some everything but new 250 3000 dies.
We just completed a re barrel in 358 Norma that turned out great.
I'm thinking something in a 3006 length action so I can use 110 gr copper bullets.

I'm thinking a 24" 1x7 or 8 twist threaded.
The bullets are over a inch and a half long, and tipped with aluminum tips, crazy.
It could be an interesting set up, I don't know for what but Interesting.

Those bullets are 1.43” long. It says right in the description. Sounds like a good setup. You don’t need to use a Long Action. Short Action will work just fine. I have a 260AI and plan to load up to 2.900” All I use is >140gr pills which are all around 1.4” long. Your 250-3000 case is shorter than my 260AI case. But your Long Action idea will work well regardless. I was simply going on as matter of fact.

A 6.5 needmore will work too, I think.
I was thinking a needmore and '06 barrel will be easer to sell, no need to waist a new barrel.
